So recently I have been thinking about life. More so of wondering about more of if I never existed would it make an impact. Or would someone else take my place. Would there be another me but just without me being there. Or was I always destined to have this body to this soul. Or if I was just a moment later or to a different person would it be someone completely different but with the same consciousness.

Is it bad that I so badly want to be somewhere else? I have a picture as my background and I want to be there. Just put a small house with a small garden and exist. I want life to be simple not so complicated. No need for cable TV, no need for 5000 channels that have nothing on, no need to get the best car, the best job, the best house. But to live simple. To live easy. To just not be so complicated. I just don't understand why that is so difficult to attain. Why we cannot leave such possessions behind and live simple. Why getting rid of such meaningless things like our cell phones, our computers, our TiVo's, our plasma 64" TV's behind is such a difficult thing for us in this day and age. We live not for ourselves but for the dollar. We live as consumers. We are told so often that we MUST have toilets that wash our ass for us so often that we begin to believe it. We think that if we don't have the cat litter box that washes and cleans itself that we are missing out. We start to believe that if we missed out of a TV show that its the end of the world and things will fall apart. It becomes a tragedy. And I ask you why? Why does not watching a TV mean that things are wrong. Why does not being able to use a microwave and text a friend at the same time seem unthinkable. We are starting to think that the fancy items of the world are what we need. And I will let you into a little secret I know... WE DO NOT NEED THESE ITEMS! We are a Sky-mall society. We need our trinkets and doodads to make us think we are living our lives for ourselves. We are not we live for the dollar. If you don't have money then you cant do things. So we whore ourselves out and sell ourselves to do meaningless tasks to further control our lives. As a race we didn't need all the shit to survive 200 years ago. We got along just fine then why do we need it now? I say fuck the dribble! Lets revert back to what we once were and what so few humans these days are, independent. Those small tribes that are so poor and sooo un-advanced because they don't have mobile phones and aren't drinking their grande iced, double shot, steamed fat free soy milk mocha latte in the morning. Yet what most people don't see is that they are living a simple life. They aren't using those silly things for one reason and one reason only... THEY DON'T NEED THEM. We should look upon those people and remember what its like to stick our hands in dirt and make a plant grow. To look at some milk and know where and what cow that is from. To actually do something that makes you feel like your worth two shits. Because I will tell you what paper pushers and desk jockeys of the world. You, Are, Not.
